Emajon Mayfield
Emajon Mayfield, 80, of Odessa, died Thursday, February 10, 2022, in Odessa. Memorial service will be held at 11 AM on Tuesday, February 15, 2022, at Central Baptist Church. Graveside service will follow at 2:30 at Seagraves Cemetery. Arrangements are by Hubbard-Kelly Funeral Home of Odessa.

Emajon Mayfield
August 17, 1941 - February 10, 2022
Emajon Mayfield was born August 17, 1941 in Seagraves, Texas to the late Bernice Homer High and Etta Rachael Mae Bryant High. She died on Thursday, February 10, 2022 in Odessa after a brief illness.
She was one of ten children. She married Richard Mayfield on June 25, 1965 in Seagraves. They had one son, Larry Dean Mayfield, who died December 7, 2004.
Emajon is survived by daughter-in-law, Loy Mayfield; grandson, Ricky L. Harris and fiancé Hanna Dahlquist; and many nieces and nephews.
Throughout her life, she held many positions which included working for Ronco Sales, the Country Club and as a data processor and the Odessa parole office. Emajon and Richard were very active at Central Baptist Church. They had many friends that they loved and who loved them.
Services will be held Tuesday, February 15, 2022 at 11 AM at Central Baptist Church followed by a graveside service at 2:30 PM at Seagraves Cemetery.
