      Larry Dean Mayfield, 41, of Odessa, passed away Tuesday, December 7, 2004, at Medical Center Hospital. He was born November 11, 1963, in Seminole, TX. He was co-owner of Compusat Services. He was a member of Bannock Burn Baptist Church in Austin.

      He is survived by his wife, Loy Mayfield of Odessa; son, Ricky Mayfield of Odessa; stepson, Ross Groening of Kyle, TX.; stepdaughter, Shauna Cook of Odessa; parents, Richard and Emajon Mayfield of Odessa; grandmother, Frances Johnston of Seminole; three grandchildren, Haley, Faith and Brandon; and in-laws, W.R. "Bob" and Emagine Barnes; and a host of family and friends.

      There will be a visitation from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Wednesday, December 8, 2004, at Hubbard-Kelly Funeral Home.

      Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday, December 9, 2004, at Central Baptist Church with Rev. David Johnson officiating. Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. at the Gaines County Cemetery in Seagraves.
