      Funeral services are pending for Mr. George D. Stephens, 82, of 3500 N. Texas Ave. in Bryan, at the Hillier Funeral Home.

      Mr. Stephens died Wednesday in a local hospital.

      STEPHENS, George David, 82, of Bryan, TX, stepfather of Mrs. Phyllis Windsor of Morrilton, died Wednesday, February 2, 1977. He was formerly of Dover. Other survivors include his wife, Mrs. Laura Stephens; four sons, W. R. Stephens of Iowa and Gene, David L. and Ronald Stephens, all of Texas; a daughter, Mrs. Helen Coe of Oklahoma; a stepdaughter Mrs. Tressie Coone of Clinton; a brother, Hardy Stephens of Texas; a sister, Mrs. Ila James of Texas; 14 grandchildren and three great grand-children. Funeral services were 1 p.m. Monday at Rupert Baptist Church at Clinton. Burial was at Lost Corner Cemetery by Coffman Funeral Home.
