  Obituary: MAGGIE MARCUM Maggie Marcum, daughter of Moss and Clara Marcum was born in 1887 and departed this life November 23, 1951 at the age of 74 years, 11 months and 23 days. She professed faith in Christ and has been a faithful member of the Church of Christ. She was united in marriage to James Oliver Stevens in 1897 and to this union 2 children were born. Her husband and both children preceded her in death. She was united in marriage again in 1906 to John Housten Crow and to this union 4 children were born. Mr. Crow and 2 children preceded her in death. She had lived in Greenway most of her life but moved to Piggott a short time ago. She leaves to morn her death 4 children, Mrs. Graydon Hatch of Pontiach, Mich., John Crow of Monticello, Ark. Mrs. Lena Gattis of Nimmons, Ark., Mrs. Truman Crow of Indianapolis, Ind. One brother John Marcum, Columbs, Ga.; 22 grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren; and a host of relatives and friends. Funeral services were conducted by Bro. V.P. Wright assisted by Bro. H. D. Hooker, Sunday, November 25, 1951, at the Greenway Church of Christ. Burial was in Mitchell Cemetery with Russell Mortuary in charge of arrangements.
