    • Obituary:

      Louise Dees Scott Crow, 92, of Piggott, Arkansas, passed away July 22, 2023, at the General Baptist Nursing Home in Piggott, Arkansas, surrounded by family.

      She was born on March 3, 1931, in Clay County, Arkansas, and was the daughter of the late Ebert and Mary Annie (Causey) Dees.

      Louise was united in marriage to Lester Scott in 1947 and to this union three children were born. Lester preceded her in death in 1979. She later married Claude Davis and he preceded her in death. In 2000, she married Donald Crow who preceded her in death in 2012.

      Louise enjoyed cooking and baking and especially loved her family.

      She was also preceded in death by her sister, Evelyn Turner and two brothers, Burnies Dees and Ethridge Dees; two sons-in-law, Tim Fair and Justin Moody.

      Louise is survived by her three children: Sharon Fair, Steve Scott and wife Hazel and Michelle Moody; grandchildren: Timothy Fair, Derek Fair, Amber Deck, Carissa Moody, Ashlyn Young, McKenna Uruchurtu, Cheryl Pryjomski and Tonya Sucharski; great grandchildren: Brittany Fair, Brett Fair, Austin Fair, Avery Deck, Ainsleigh Deck, and Levi Uruchurtu; brother, Norman Dees; and many other relatives and friends.

      Funeral Services will be held Tuesday, July 25, 2023, at 2:00 p.m. at the Hoggard & Sons Chapel in Piggott, Arkansas, with Gary Immekus officiating. Burial is in Piggott Cemetery in Piggott, Arkansas. Pallbearers will be Timothy Fair, Derek Fair, Austin Fair, Jagger Young, Steve Scott, and Grant Elser. Hoggard & Sons Funeral Home of Piggott, Arkansas, is in charge of the arrangements. Visitation is Tuesday from 1:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
