C. W. Delmere, Wreck Victim, Will Be Buried
CROWLEY - Funeral services for Charles William "Ben" Delmere Jr., 29, will be at 2 p.m. Monday at Meisner-Brown Funeral Chapel. Burial will be at Laurel Land.
Delmere, of 709 E. Mission, died at a Fort Worth hospital Friday night from injuries received when his car and a truck collided near Burleson.
The accident happened about 8:25 p.m. on FM 731 about one-half mile west of the Burleson city limits.
The driver of the truck was not injured.
Delmere was an assembly-man at General Motors and was a Navy veteran.
Survivors include his wife, Janice; a son, Christopher; two daughters, Lori and Nicole Delmere, all of Crowley; his father, C. W. Delmere Sr.; his mother, Mrs. Isabel Delmere; a brother, Clark Delmere, all of Fort Worth; and a sister, Mrs. Isabel O'Rourke of Rochester, Mich.
