      SNYDER - Elmer Claude Snyder, 82, resident of Albuquerque 11 years passed.

      Resident Dies After Extended Illness

      Elmer Claude Snyder, Albuquerque resident for 11 years, died Thursday in a local hospital after a long illness. He was 82.

      Mr. Snyder, a retired Southern Pacific Railway employe, lived at 1450 Ridgecrest SE.

      He is survived by his widow, Mrs. Ida C. Snyder; a daughter, Mrs. Kathleen S. Geisler of Albuquerque; a son, Elmer C. Snyder Jr. of Paris, Ark.; a sister, Mrs. A. A. Hoag of Crowley, La.; five grandchildren; and one great grandchild.

      Funeral services will be held Saturday at 10:30 a.m. at Exter-Tonella Chapel. Rev. F. M. Sewell will officiate.

      SNYDER - Funeral services for Elmer Claude Snyder will be held this morning at 10:30 in Exter-Tonella Mortuary Chapel. The Rev. F. M. Sewell will officiate. Pallbearers will be Ed Smith, Louie Bryant, Joe Fulmer, Jr., Joe Fulmer, Alvee Gendreau and Frank Mistretta. Interment will be in Sunset Memorial Park.
