  Obituary: GLENDALE - Morris Benjamin Spain, 43, a worker for Paraflex Machine & Tool, died May 28, 1985, at Maryvale Samaritan Hospital. Mr. Spain, of Glendale, was born in Phoenix. He was a member of the Arizona National Guard for 22 years. Survivors include his daughters, Ronda, Kathleen and Rebecca; four sisters and four brothers. Friends may call from 7 to 9 p.m. today at Chapel of the Chimes, 7924 N. 59th Ave., Glendale.
