      Charles H. Swain, 74, Dies at Smyrna Home

      The Constitution's News Bureau

      MARIETTA, Ga., Jan. 24. - Charles H. Swain, 74, machinist of Smyrna, died last night at his home following a short illness.

      Funeral services will be held tomorrow at 2 p.m. at Mayes Ward chapel in Marietta, with the Rev. E. B. Awtrey officiating. Burial will be in the New Smyrna cemetery.

      He is survived by one sister, Mrs. Mary C. Wright, of Smyrna; two brothers, L. C. Swain, of Smyrna, and W. H. Swain, of Atlanta.

      SWAIN, Mr. Charles H. - The friends and relatives of Mr. Charles H. Swain, Mrs. Mary C. Wright and family, and Mr. and Mrs. L. O. Swain, of Smyrna; Mr. and Mrs. W. H. Swain, of Atlanta, are invited to attend the funeral of Mr. Charles H. Swain this (Tuesday) afternoon at 2 o'clock from the chapel of Mayes Ward & Company, Rev. E. B. Awtrey officiating. Interment in New City cemetery, Smyrna, Ga. The gentlemen selected to act as pallbearers please meet at the chapel at 1:45. Mayes Ward & Company, 408 Church street, Marietta, Ga.
