Dorothy C. Harrison
DALLAS - Dorothy C. Harrison, 73, formerly of
Abilene, died Monday in a local hospital.
Services will be at 4 p.m. Thursday at Allen-Korzenewski Funeral Home Chapel, 1443 N. 2nd, with Woodrow Wilson officiating. Burial will be in Elmwood Memorial Park.
Mrs. Harrison was born in Abilene and moved to Dallas 1991. She was a homemaker, a member of Oakland Drive Church of Christ and was the widow of L.D. Harrison.
Survivors include a daughter, Mary Sue Yawn of Fort Worth; three sons, Dan Harrison of San Antonio, Dwight F. Harrison of Harrison Dallas and Timothy Harrison of Mesquite; a brother, Boyd Franklin of California; two sisters, Vivian Franklin and Chleo Petri, both of Fort Worth; 15 grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.

DOROTHY C. HARRISON
Dorothy C. Harrison, age 73, of Dallas, formerly of Abilene, died Monday, May 25, 1992 at a Dallas hospital. Funeral services will be at 4:00 p.m. today, May 28, 1992 at Allen-Korzenewski Funeral Home Chapel, 1443 North Second Street. Woodrow Wilson will officiate. Interment will follow at Elmwood Memorial Park.
Mrs. Harrison was born February 2, 1919 in Abilene, the daughter of Jason Pope and Margaret Ussery Franklin. She grew up and attended school in Abilene. On October 10, 1935 she married L.D. Harrison. They lived in Abilene until last year. He preceded her in death, August 21, 1991. She was a homemaker and a member of Oakland Drive Church of Christ.
Survivors include her daughter, Mary Sue Yawn of Ft. Worth; three sons, Dan Harrison of San Antonio, Dwight F. Harrison of Dallas, and Timothy Harrison of Mesquite; a brother, Boyd Franklin of California; two sisters, Vivian Franklin and Chleo Petri, both of Ft. Worth; 15 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a son, Carl Lee Harrison, October 10, 1985.
