  Obituary: Misty Cowan, 36, of Andrews passed away Friday June 22, 2012 at Permian Regional Medical Center in Andrews. Memorial services will be 2:00 PM Monday at McNett Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Mack McReynolds will officiate. Services are under the direction of McNett Funeral Home. Misty was born April 7, 1976 in Andrews. She has been a lifelong resident of Andrews. She had many many friends and she loved to take care of and to help people. She loved her Animals. She was involved in an accident at the age of 14 that left her paralyzed but that never stopped her from living a full life. She was one of the first in Andrews to have a K-9 Companion to help her. She is survived by her mother Robbie and husband Ken Hale of Texhoma, Oklahoma; sister Shannon Diane Fretwell of Andrews; grandmother Cherry Gross of Andrews; grandfather Henry Cowan of Spade, Texas; her boyfriend, Brent Terry of Andrews and several nieces and nephews.
