Notes - Obituary:
Billy G. Dickison, 76, of Salinas, died Wednesday, Oct. 20, 2004, at Salinas Valley Memorial Hospital after a lengthy illness.
He was born June 6, 1928, in Oklahoma City and lived in Salinas for 61 years. He was a kitchen worker at Ford Ord.
Military service: U.S. Army.
Memberships: Church of Christ and Fil-Visayan Association.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Gladys M. Dickison, in August 2003.
Survivors: Stepdaughters, Doris Blankenship of Salinas and Nancy Quisenberry of Prunedale; stepson, William E. Parker of Salinas; 11 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and numerous other nieces and nephews.
Visitation: 1 to 9 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 26, at Healey Mortuary, 405 N. Sanborn Road, Salinas.
Services: 2 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 27, at the mortuary chapel.
Burial: Following at Garden of Memories Memorial Park, 768 Abbott St., Salinas.
