Hammond J Dugan, III, a Baltimore pediatrician died on January 4, 2018 in Chicago. His wife Betty Dugan was with him. Hammond was born in Baltimore on May 22, 1936. Hammond attended Mt Washington School, Loyola High School and Holy Cross College where he graduated in 1958. Hammond pursued a medical career and attended the University of Maryland Medical School. Hammond loved gardening and was a Master Gardener. He was a great story teller and could captivate any audience. He is survived by his wife Betty of Chicago, his children Hammond J Dugan, IV of Fort Lauderdale and his daughter, Cardiff Dugan Loy of Los Angeles and his sister, Frances M. Dugan of Nashville, IN. Hammond has four grandchildren. A memorial service will be held in the Spring.
