Funeral Services Set Today In Dallas For Lee C. Harrison

Funeral services for Lee C. Harrison, 53, independent oil operator who was killed Tuesday in an auto-taxi collision at an Austin street intersection, will be held at 2 o'clock this afternoon in the Harrison residence in Dallas.

Burial will be in Dallas under direction of George A. Brewer Funeral home.

Harrison, president of the Prairie Oil and Gas Company of Dallas and head of extensive holdings in nearly all parts of the state, had resided in Lubbock for a number of years, moving to Dallas about three years ago.

Harrison, who was en route to downtown Austin from that city's airport was thrown from the taxi-cab in which he and two attorneys were riding after the vehicle was in collision with an automobile.

Miss Mary Hogan, Lubbock accountant who for several years was employed by Harrison, left early Wednesday to attend funeral services in Dallas.
