UNDERWOOD
C.J. UNDERWOOD, 69, a Houston resident, entered into rest November 21, 1990. Mr. Underwood was a member of Southwest Central Church of Christ and was retired from Metallic Braden. He was a veteran and a graduate of the University of Texas. Mr. Underwood was preceded in death by his wife Evelyn Jo Underwood this year and his son Michael Underwood in 1978. He is survived by his daughter Jo Guest of Wimberly, Texas, mother, Mrs. Mae Lummus of Conroe, Texas, Grandchildren, Kurk Peterson, Tomball, Texas, Shellie Buie, Hockley, Texas; and Sara Curren of Wimberly, Texas; five great-grandchildren, sister, Ola Mae David of Bryan, Texas; and brother Clayton H. Underwood of Houston. Funeral services will be held 2.00 p.m. Saturday, November 24, 1990 at South Memorial Park Funeral Home with Mr. Terry Northcutt officiating. Interment will follow in South Memorial Park Cemetery, Pearland. Friends may call at the funeral home after 2 pm. Friday.
