  Obituary: Vera E. Brothers White, a retired Fort Worth nurse, died Saturday in an automobile accident in Johnston County. She was 78. Funeral will be at 3 p.m. today at Rosemont Church of Christ in Fort Worth, where she was a member. Burial will be in Laurel Land Memorial Park. Laurel Land Funeral Home in Fort worth is in charge of arrangements. Mrs. White was born in Seymour and moved to Fort Worth in 1956. She was retired after 25 years as a licensed vocational nurse at the Coffey Clinic. Her first husband, Bernie A. Brothers, died in 1972. Survivors include her husband, V.T. White of Fort Worth; one daughter, Dolores Petty of Bedford; three sons, Eidsel Brothers of Joshua, Royce Brothers of Colleyville and Dan White of Austin; three brothers, John Ross of Phoenix, Ariz., Eugene Ross of Arlington and Howard Ross of Mobile, Ala.; nine grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
