    Don Shue of Lancaster, passed away suddenly on Jan. 30 at age 76. He was born Dec. 22, 1939. Don graduated from Wilmer-Hutchins high school where he met his beautiful wife of 55 years, Evelyn Ernst Shue. Don was a long-time Dallas Cowboy fan, serving as a ball boy at every home game for 30 years. He participated in various sports including softball in his younger years. One of his favorite pastimes was playing golf with his Son, Daughter, Grandkids, & many friends. After a successful 38 year career at Taylor Publishing, Don decided he wasn't ready for retirement. He then worked at Wal-Mart in Waxahachie for 12 years. Don and Evelyn are devout Christians and are members of First Baptist Lancaster. Don is survived by his loving wife, Evelyn; Grandchildren, Kendall Robinson, Dawn Shue, Chris & Tiffany Shue, Jordan & Miah Judd; Great-grandchildren, Summer, Kiley & Tomi; Son-in-Law, Sean Judd; Brothers, Darwin & Gracie Shue, David & Karen Shue. Preceded in death by Son, Tommy Shue; Daughter, Kristi Judd; Parents, Virgil & Edith Shue; Brothers, Kenny Shue & Lawrence Shue; Sister, Diane Dickerson. Don will be deeply missed by the Shue Family, Ernst Family & many friends. Visitation to be at Green Funeral Home: 972-842-5777, Ferris, Feb. 2nd 6-8 pm. Service will be held at First Baptist Lancaster, Feb. 3rd at 10 am. Interment will follow at Trinity Cemetery Wilmer, TX.

    SHUE, TOMMY DON, Went home to be with his Lord and Savior, August 4, 2006. He is survived by his children, Dawn, Chris, Brandon, Granddaughter: Summer, Parents: Don and Evelyn Shue of Lancaster, TX; Sister: Kristi and husband Sean Judd, Nephews: Kendall and Jordan of Ovilla, TX; Grandma: Bonnie Ernst and Edith Shue. He was preceded in death by his Grandpa: Virgil Shue and Emery Ernst, Uncles: Kenny Shue and Don Ernst. Tommy worked hard to provide for his family. He worked at Earthgrains for 25 years, working his way up from driving a bread truck to director of sales over areas of Il, IN and WI. Tommy was so proud of his children and granddaughter and loved them dearly. He was a great cook, loved to cook for his family, he could take anything in the refrigerator and make a delicious meal out of it. Tommy loved the state of Texas, and wanted to come back home. He was a big fan of the Rangers, Cowboys, Mavericks and Longhorns. He loved playing golf, but his favorite pastime was walking up and down the sidelines watching his son Chris play football and cheering him on. Oh what a joy and peace hes experiencing now. Tommy was dearly loved and will be greatly missed. Visitation will be held Thursday August 10, 2006 from 6-8 P.M. at Green Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be August 11, 2006, 2:00 P.M. at Green Funeral Home Ferris, TX. Bro. Denny Burris officiating. Interment will be at Trinity Cemetery, Wilmer, TX. Green Funeral Home 207 S.     Judd, Kristi Lynn Shue
    Loving wife, Mother, daughter, niece, cousin and friend, left this world too early at the age of 47 on November 4, 2013. Kristi was born in Dallas on March 15, 1966 and grew up in Lancaster. Preceded in death by brother, Tommy Shue; grandparents, Emery L. Ernst and Virgil & Edith Shue; uncles, Don Ernst, Kenny Shue, Lawrence Shue; aunt, Diane Dickerson. Those left with enduring memories; husband, Sean Judd; sons, Kendall Robinson, Jordan Judd & wife Mariah; parents, Evelyn & Don Shue; grandma, Bonnie Ernst; many aunts, uncles and cousins. Kristi loved her boys with an unconditional love. Her passions were golf, skydiving, traveling, family and friends. She will be remembered by countless people whose lives she influenced through her enthusiasm, laughter and adventurous spirit. Kristi fought a courageous battle with cancer always thinking of others and not of herself.
